1. Nationwide Shipping: Enjoy FREE nationwide shipping with no minimum purchase required!

2. Shipping Method: Orders are shipped via tracked standard delivery, with an estimated delivery time of 5-10 business days.

3. Exclusions: Oversized or heavy items may not qualify for the free shipping offer.

4. Promotional Periods: Free shipping may not be available during special promotions or sales events.

5. International Shipping: Currently, we’re focusing on serving our local community. International shipping isn’t available yet—but stay tuned, we’re working on it!

 

Artesan Clothing Return Policy

1. Return Period: Items can be returned within 15 days of purchase, as long as they are in their original condition.

2. Condition of Items: Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Packaging should also remain intact.

3. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.

4. Refund Options: Refunds are issued in the original form of payment, or customers may choose store credit or an exchange.

5. Exclusions: Certain items, including underwear, swimwear, and sale items, are non-returnable.

6. Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team through our Facebook Page Messenger. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
